"Just as the name 'MesAlegre' implies, my friends and I are like one big happy family enjoying wonderful food, great conversation and lots of hearty laughs at Chef Johnny Hernandez’s 'happy table' at the Pearl Farmer’s Market. I’ve been several times for brunch and for one good reason: Our gracious host always surprises us with some savory dish and a delectable dessert that never fails to titillate the palate.
